1. Cannot Download file (Chrome & Microsoft Edge)

In case of you cannot download a file from DUC. Root cause may from your browser is block pop-ups you have to follow this step to set https://duc.fabrinet.co.th/ in allow pop-ups list on your browser

1.1. Chrome

Go to setting (1)

Find pop-up (2) and click site setting(3) > pop-ups and redirects(4)

Click Add(5) button in Allow to send pop-ups and use redirects

Add Site: https://duc.fabrinet.co.th/ to pop-ups allow list

1.2. Microsoft Edge

Go to setting (1)

Find pop-up (2) and click site setting(3) > pop-ups and redirects and Click Add (4)

Add Site: https://duc.fabrinet.co.th/ to pop-ups allow list

2. Download Microsoft office 2007 issue.

When you download file Microsoft office 2007, for this example is Book1.xlsx, you will see the File Download dialog with

Name: Book1.zip

Type: WinRAR ZIP archive�

5.1. Click Save button

5.2. You will see the Save As dialog then change file name from .zip to the correct one. Then click Save button.

For this example:

Change from Book1.zip to Book1.xlsx

You will see the correct file type in your machine. Please do the same things with the others Microsoft Office 2007 extension.
